Hi, My name is Debbie and I am totally new to this site. I am 32 and a Stay at Home mom of three special needs children. I look forward to this journey and hope to be successful in losing weight and maintaining the loss. Because I have been struggling can’t seem to stay motivated to stay on workout schedule and having a hard time being able to stick to healthy meals due to children being very picky with what they eat. And I am too tired to make four different meals.

I have no great credentials to offer but it sounds like you are just being a great mom, putting yourself behind those who depend on you. I've done that, too. Take care of yourself.
