Improve diet- accountability learning what others eating daily

wud like to find good accountability n weight lost buddy.. daily food tracking to see how people eat well to loose weight..

    what time zone are you in? How much do you have to lose? I’m in EST and need to lose about 50 pounds. Just want a buddy with aligned goals.

    My consistent food is

    Breakfast- 60-70g piece of toast (from homemade bread), 220g fat free greek yogurt with 2tbsps raspberry jam mixed in.

    My mid morning and also mid afternoon snack I have a premier protein shake.

    This week lunch has alternated between cheese lasagna and salmon with zucchini and vodka sauce.

    Dinner- all kinds of stuff thats fairly low fat. I try to keep it under 500cal.
