105 pounds down

I started my weight loss journey at 250 pounds 2 years ago. Last year I had lost 100 pounds and I’m proud to say I’ve kept it off for a year and lost 5 more pounds 💪. I’ve only missed logging my calories a handful of days in 2 years. If it goes in my mouth, I log it. My diet is focused on high protein foods and I’ve been doing Caroline Girvans workouts and have finished the Iron Series 3 times and am starting my 4th time around. The rewards of losing weight are immeasurable. I am 47 and have 2 daughters and now a 1 year old granddaughter and I can’t tell you how good it feels to be able to play with her and carry her around because I couldn’t have done that before. I recently started to document my story and tips on social media and I always recommend my fitness pal to track calories and macros. I just wanted to share and say thank you for creating this app
