Gaining 😫

I have been trying very hard for a long time and I am aging weight instead of losing! I track my food every day, been using my fit bit, Ang I am GAINING WEIGHT! Help! 😫

    Hello Franky. What are your stats? Age, gender, weight, activity level (not including exercise). What does mfp recommend for your calorie goal? Are you weighing your food? Counting drinks (if they have calories). Do you exercise?
