I have it!
Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
One 25-calories packet hot cocoa mix
Dash Salt
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
2 teaspoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
1/4 sheet (1 cracker) low-fat honey graham crackers crushed
Directions
Combine oats, cocoa mix and salt in a nonstick pot on the stove.
Add Almond Breeze and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for 12 to 15 mins., stirring occasionally, until very thick and creamy.
Remove pot from heat. Add 1 teaspoon chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Transfer to bowl and top with marshmallows, crushed graham cracker, and remaining 1 teaspoon chocolate chips. Enjoy!0 -

Do you happen to have any good sounding ones for a main dish, any kind of recipes are much welcomed by me? I've been looking for a change, I'm begining to get burned out. Thank you so much for the hungry girl Smores Oatmeal, it sounds so much better than plain blahhh da blahh oatmeal.0

I am new to oatmeal as I hadn't eaten it since I was kid and had terrible memories of it LOLLL. However, this rocky road and smores things do sound yummy. One way I've been making it lately is to take one pack of plain oatmeal (100 cals) and add a tad bit of splenda brown sugar and some pumpkin pie spice. Make it in the microwave using water and then when it's done add one spoonful of pumpkin puree. I'm on a pumpkin kick and this really does help me eat oatmeal0
