Cottage cheese can be put in a blender if it's texture thing. I like cottage cheese eggs.

Although yogurt won't be a texture thing, it's going to be on the tart side, so use it in savory things like dips and spreads.

The above suggestions are good, but my question would be → Why are you eating these things if you don't like them? There are plenty of healthy options that will deliver all of the nutrients that cottage cheese and yogurt contain, why not find one that you like and use that instead?

Life is way too short to force yourself to eat stuff you don't like, plus forcing yourself to eat foods that aren't appealing usually results in quitting before reaching your goals.

I am not a picky eater but I have food allergies. So I may seem like a picky eater. I do agree with the other post. Don’t force yourself to eat items you dislike. I mean do try other things and see if the texture changes or if adding a certain spice makes it better. For example I didn’t care for yogurt. Now when I add blueberries or another fruit to plain Greek yogurt, that was a game changer. So good.

You don't need to eat cottage cheese. There are sooooo many food items out there, and if you look at preparation then there are so many more options. You can for example munch on raw carrot, blizz it with some nuts and green leaves, stirfry it, carrot mash, cook it in water, cook in a stew and so many more things. And then I've not even mentioned different ways of spicing it. Why not start experimenting with different things and different ways to prepare food?

Worth experimenting - may end up liking, may not. Agree don't need to eat anything we don't like, there are plenty of other things to eat.

Do you even like yogurt and cottage cheese or did you just pick those believing these are good health examples?

I enjoy both, but also amp up protein by adding both to baked goods like pancakes, smoothies, and homemade ice creams.

I often make a cheesecake of well drained Greek yogurt, an egg or two, and some boiled down fruit (blueberries, strawberries etc.) it’s delicious, very high protein and super low calorie

Tonight we’re enjoying an ice cream made of plantains fried in a little coconut oil, Yogurt, water, vanilla, and a little brown sugar. It’s healthy, delicious, creamy, and tastes like dulce de leche.

Next up will be puréed mango/plain yogurt ice cream.

Get creative. Try making your own yogurt (sooo easy to do!) and see if it tastes better to you.

But as others say, if you don’t like them, find something else to enjoy. Losing weight isn’t a punishment. It’s an ends to a reward of better health, and lighter weight.
