How to Upgrade to premium plus and get the meal planner

I would like to add the meal planner functionality but don't see where to upgrade.

The Premium + option is being rolled out slowly, and isn't fully available just yet. We encourage you to check back periodically over the next few weeks. Once Premium + is available, you will see a direct path on your subscription screen within your app which will allow you to upgrade or downgrade your premium subscription.
Please note: If you currently have an active standard Premium subscription and you're upgrading to Premium +, you will be upgrading through the same payment platform that you originally used to create your standard Premium subscription. The different payment platforms are noted below, each one will handle the upgrade/downgrade in a manner that reflects their terms.
Web
Web Premium purchases are handled by our payment partner, Stripe, and will appear on your credit card bill. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please make sure your credit card is set to the same currency in which you have designated the MyFitnessPal program.
iOS
Upgrades purchased through our MyFitnessPal app for iOS are processed by Apple's App Store and will be charged via your iTunes account.
Android
Upgrades purchased through our MyFitnessPal app for Android are processed by Google's Play Store and will be charged via your Play Store account.

I am also interested in upgrading. the App says I need to go to the website but the website does not have the functionality

I am trying to do the same. My original purchase of premium was though the play store and it appears that the Play Store does not yet have the option to upgrade to premium + at this time.
I tried canceling my premium and adding it again but that didn't work.
I opened a ticket but have not heard anything.

I've upgraded to Premium + but can't see where to access Meal Planner online. It does come up on my app but I want to access it on the website not the app.
Please can you tell me where to find it in my online account?

the Meal Planner is only available via the apps at this time.

I upgraded online but have tried to go to my meal planner but do not see the upgrade. I go to the plan on my app and there is no place to get the meals now it takes me to the Premium Plus but there is nothing there. When I go to plans you can choose Premium Plus but there is nothing that I can click on to get the information that I was asked to choose to get my plan. I paid for this what is going on. Please help.
