Hello my name is Heather,
I'm new to my fitness pal and I just wanted to say hi to everyone and I'm looking for friends that could help me with my weight loss journey. I'm struggling to lose weight and i'm not sure why but i'm interested in meeting new people and getting all kinds of advice to help me get to where i need to be.
Questions for anyone out there:
I have the total gym and was wondering if anyone else has one and is using it? How are you tracking how much calories you are burning?
Also anyone out there have the turbo fire program by beachbody? Im having a hard time learning the moves and I thought about getting the 10 min trainer? Any advice?

Hi and welcome. Your best bet is to invest in a HRM to get a accurate calorie count0
