What should I do?

Hello I am new to fitness and I just wanted to know something I’ve done my research and found out about body recomp I am skinny fat so I know this is what i need to do the problem is obviously the app has set and amount of calories for me to hit in a day but when in body recomp I need to be in deficit of around 500 kal but before I even started my start to fitness I never ate this much anyways I don’t usually even eat a lot so I just wanted to know should I do still eat according to the deficit on the maintenance it’s given me of 2400 and keep like this or is there something I’m doing wrong

You got a few answers in your other thread, is this asking for more specific help?
You really have to give it some time. We can't tell you how many calories you need. If you're doing Recomp, then set it to, "Maintain my weight (or at most, 'Lose one half pound per week.')" You have to do the experiment. We don't know enough about you to suggest calories.
Just eat the amount it gives you and do some weight-training. In 4-6 weeks you will have enough data collected to make adjustments.
