100 cal banana bread.. so good!
I just made this up, it’s soooo good.
100g Oats
90g Plain Flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
2 Bananas
20g brown Sugar
2 eggs
40g low fat peanut butter
Mix all ingredients together, and cook at 200 degrees c, or 400 F for 10 minutes!
Makes 12 at 110cals each, or halve the peanut butter for 12 with 100cals ish each!

If you use whole grain flour and sugar free peanut butter, you will save 40cals per slice0
