Keto with My Fitness Pal

Hello everyone! I am now doing the Keto diet, and was wondering if there is a way to tailor how many carbs etc your body should take in daily based on a keto diet vs just counting calories?? It didn’t give me this option when I created my profile unless I missed something. Any advice would be awesome!

    If you're using the free version, you could adjust your carb % goal to 0% or 5%, depending on your calories and how low you want your carbs. You have to pay for premium to set your carb goals directly in grams
