What for? Tooth health? Probably not too many. Weight loss? As long as it fits in your calories. Weight gain? As long as it fits…

as many as you like if it’s within your calorie count. That comes down to preference. I personally prefer chewing rather than drinking my calories.

I drink zero fruit juice/smoothies at all, and lost weight fine. There's nothing wrong with those for people who enjoy them, if they have the right number of calories and contribute to good overall nutrition. But it's not necessary to drink them, either.

Honestly, I feel a bit of skepticism about juice specifically: Usually all the fiber/pulp is removed when juice is made, so it tends to be less filling plus net higher in sugars with no fiber to slow it through the digestive system (depending on what else is eaten close to the same time, of course). Whole fruit is likely to be more nutrient-dense, slower to be metabolized, and more filling, compared to juice.

Smoothies can be a lot of different things blended together, and may even amount to a quick balanced meal. Whether they're filling is more of an individual thing - combination of nutrient density and personal taste, probably.

you have to be careful with smoothies. Depending on the ingredients they be very high in calories.

Not a single one... You quickly eat too much fruit this way. Or combine Banana with other fruits… Don't do that. Seriously look it up.

    Eat lots of greens!

There's nothing wrong with eating fruit. There's also nothing wrong with eating veg in colours other than green. But lots of people feel more full when they eat their calories rather than drink them. And smoothies and the likes have no magical properties for weight loss.

It depends on what you put in it. It also depends on your daily caloric value allowed. I have a recipe I will share with you for green juice. Hold on BRB

    Homemade green juice recipe:

Make hot green tea in a teapot… use about 4-6 teabags. Let cool and put in fridge for as long as possible. Then, for each smoothie… combine the following:

    Green tea (1 cup)

    20 raspberries

    10 blueberries

    Small handful of spinach

    Large handful of kale

1 slice or wedge of lemon

Ginger (however much you like, to make it a little spicy)

Total calories is like 50 (per 12 ounce roughly I think).
