Ready, Reset, Restart!

I am ready to get my life back on track!

I was doing WW and became overwhelmed with all the tracking and adds for GLP’s. By the time I cancelled my membership I was not motivated to do anything not to mention the program hasn’t helped me a long time. I stayed so long for the people. I took some time to mentally refresh and decided MFP would be best for me.

Tracked all weekend and Evie and I got your morning walk now that the weather is warming up!

    Good for you! You started when you were ready and didn't "wait until Monday", as is so often a habit. When you're ready mentally is the best time to start. Just be consistent and keep with it! Don't expect perfection. Just make the best choices you can when you can. Keep us posted as to how you're doing!

    you got this!!! I just restarted my journey, I’d lost about 40 lbs in 2015-2016. Then we moved to another country, kids went through adolescent, covid, and perimenopause helped my lazy bum gain 30 back…. I’m done, I’m so depressed by my state of (un)health and I’m only 48… so here’s to you and all of us, not giving up! !!
