It's pesos and you must have signed up or they wouldn't have your bank information.

MyFitnessPal, like any reputable subscription-based service, cannot charge you unless they have your valid payment information — either a bank account, credit card, or a linked payment service like PayPal. If you were charged, it means that at some point, your payment details were entered and authorized, whether during a free trial sign-up, app installation, or a previous subscription.

It's worth noting that we are talking about ₱2214, right? So Philippine pesos, which is around $38–$40 USD — not thousands of dollars. So while the charge may have caught you off guard, it doesn't point to a scam. It's far more likely that you (or someone with access to your account/device) signed up, perhaps not realizing it was a paid feature or that a trial would convert into a subscription after a certain period.

Jumping straight to accusing others of scamming doesn't help your case. It's likely a misunderstanding, not fraud.

. . . and the MFP staff doesn't read all of the hundreds or thousands of daily posts in most of these Community topic areas, so you're just complaining to and accusing other MFP users who have no more power to fix this than you have yourself. Oh, wait . . . less power, since it was your payment information, which we don't know or control.

Truly, I'm sorry this has happened to you, but we can't help you.

Maybe try something with higher odds of success, like contact MFP support through the Help link, or contact your payment processor (bank, credit card company - whatever applies in your case)?

It feels uncharitable to say so, but when I see posts like this just randomly dropped into the middle of the community like a tantrum, I can see how the OP managed to subscribe to something and then not cancel before the autorenewal.
