30D Shred or Ripped in 30?????

while surfing the site i came across amazing reviews about both these dvds.....

i have both of them... i started on wd 30D shred.... and today was my Day 2.....

but i have been hearing a lot about ripped in 30.... so now im confused...since i have both of them...which one should i go for??? which would help me lose more inches???? :indifferent:

and m a beginner...with very less fitness level.....

    Shred first! I lost 16 pounds on the Shred a while back and I just started Ripped last week. It's tougher and a little longer. I love both workouts!
  • I had bought Ripped In 30 first and I thought I was going to die.. LoL! Then I had heard that most people were starting with 30 Day Shred then progressing on to Ripped. I sort of kept up with Ripped and then added in the Shred and rotated between the two workouts and all the different levels! I was getting great results. I did that for about a month. I didn't lose any weight, but I did lose a few inches and got some amazing definition in my legs and arms ;-)
