New to this site and the 17 day diet :)

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Brandi and i'm new to the site and started the 17 day diet yesterday. Hoping to stay on track this time I never stick to anything for long so i'm hoping with some new friends and motivation I will stick to it. Thank you and I look forward to talking with you :happy:

    Hi Brandi ~ Welcome to MFP and I wish you great success with your weight loss journey & the 17 DD.

    I have a feeling you'll enjoy the benefits of the 17 DD. You'll begin to see the scale move in the right direction, you'll begin to feel better because you're eating healthier and if you have any sweet cravings like I do, they'll go away. This is what happen for me. The 17 DD has worked for me. I lost 12 lbs in the first 17 days and 4 in the 2nd phase. My husband has lost 32 lbs and looks and feels great! He's 8 lbs from his goal. {{{{Lucky him!}}}}

    I'm restarting the 1st phase again today. I was a little off tract these past 3 days and wanted to start fresh.

    I'll send you a request to be "friends" so we can encourage each other and help each other stay focused.

    Hey guys. I have about 25 more lbs to lose and am looking for something to new to get the scale moving again. Can you give me some info on the 17DD? Thanks.
