I started it this week. I’m trying hard to eat enough protein and lift weights so that I lose fat and not muscle. Hope it works!

thank you! I am excited! Yesterday I was able to stay in my calorie range but had 300 left over and I literally didn’t want anything else so I didn’t eat them. I am doing 1200 calories per day.

Try to make sure you have at least 1200 calories a day, that was my downfall! I wasn't eating enough so that's why my body went into plateau, I'm making sure to get 1200 a day otherwise I'm just wasting my money.

    Good luck

taking medicine doesn't change what you need to do to lose weight. In fact it makes doing it in a healthy way a bit harder in some respects. You need to make sure you are eating enough, true. but you also need to eat enough protein and exercise properly do you don't lose muscle. Please do your own research on how to do it safely.

Hi! I'm wondering how you're doing since starting the shots. I was on semaglutide and that did a whole lotta nothing.

I switched to Tirzepatide and have seen consistent results. It's such a weird feeling to NOT want to snack or eat sugary foods. I've been using the shots since March 26 and see a loss every week when I step on the scale.

I'm eating 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks. I don't always eat both snacks and some days it's hard to get in 1200 calories, but I've been struggling to lose for years since my husband died and not getting anywhere.

I don't know if you'll even see this, but I hope it's working for you.

I did ozempic for 4 months. Felt amazing with the fact I lost 30 pounds. Side effects were no fun at first and I had to modify my medications as it was making my blood sugar too low. I am pre diabetic. Anyways, coming off of it I had intense cravings. Almost like everything I had not craved on it just rushed back all at once. It was unfortunate, it caused me to binge a couple of times. I have been off of it for 10 months now and have gained my weight back + an extra 5 pounds.

I recommend intensely working with a dietician while coming off.

I am on Zepbound started March 31 at 2.5mg. Injections are easy, I had constipation so I started on Fiber gummies and a laxative which helped a lot. I am now on 5mg and finally seeing the weight come off.
my biggest struggle is getting over 1000 Calories and drinking enough water.
I was hoping for faster and bigger drops in weight because $500. A month is a lot!!

I had been on Phentramine & Topiramate and lost about 20lbs. But that took a year to lose. I’m 62, active but no exercise routine.

I started zepbound in February and it has changed me in very positve ways. My team of support includes my primary Dr, a therapist, Pharmathist. My insurance company, Tricare requires this plus monthly weigh-in. I'm on 7.5mg and continue losing 3-4 lbs a week. If you are on any GLP1, i recommend a medical team to monitor and encourage you. My goal is to lose 70 lbs and I'm halfway there

I have been on mounjaro for 2 years and have lost 60 pounds. My prescription is for diabetes but it has taken my cravings away and I can't eat as much as well as inflammation and A1C is down overall.

I heard on the news yesterday that the compounding pharmacies are being forced to stop producing Terzepatide now.

I take my 5th shot tomorrow. Down 19 pounds. I'm also working out and eating in a calorie deficit.

Phentramine & Topiramate did not work for me, I tried it for 6 weeks and it was all side effects. After that attempt my healthcare put me on Tirzepatide (Zepbound) and that been work well for me.
