Hello looking for an easy, healthy tuna casserole receipe. Any ideas out there!!!

    Here's the one I use:

    8 oz whole wheat rotini pasta
    6 oz albacore tuna, drained
    1 can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup frozen peas

    Directions
    1.preaheat oven to 350 degrees
    2.prepare pasta
    3.spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
    4.put cooked pasta in baking dish and add tuna, soup, skim milk and peas; mix well
    5.bake uncovered until the casserole begins to bubble, about 20 minutes

    Serves 8 at 375 cals per serving

    4 cans tuna
    1lb pasta
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can peas
    Some potato chip crumbs or bread crumbs for the top

    mix tuna and soup and peas while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta and mix pasta with the tuna, soup and peas. Put into a casserole dish and bake at 400 for 30-45 min
    Serve!
