Hi Everyone,
I'm so excited that this forum is out here. I am a mother of 3 (twin girls that are 6 and a son that is 5). I am looking to lose between 25 and 30 lbs which would put me back at pre-pregnancy weight. I am not unhappy per se, but feel like I have to much potential to continue to let myself go. I am ready for the challenge!!! The hardest thing so far...eating. I never realized how many unnecessary calories I was putting into my body. For a minute I had a thought about eating some chocolate chip cookies today, until I went to put them in my food diary. Ummm...nevermind, I prefer to eat dinner!!! I look forward to talking with you!!!

Welcome! I have twins who will be six next month, and I recently decided to shed the "baby" weight too LOL.

I totally get it. My chocalate chip muffin routine in the mornings was quickly terminated after joining this site. Its sooo not worth it - especially when you see how long it takes to burn 350 calories on the treadmill :-)0
