My doctor knows I'm serious about weight loss now!

I saw my incredibly tall, skinny doctor yesterday for my once every 4 month checkup and he noted that one year ago I weighed 260 and now weigh 205. Heh, heh. As I say 50 down, 50 to go I guess I should change that to 55 down, 45 to go. Heh, heh. I now weigh what I weighed when I graduated high school. The only pants I can still wear have drawstrings. I have no idea what size I should be wearing but 3x/24 that I've been wearing for years is definitely too big!!

I decided recently, in my mid-70s, if I'm going to live into my mid-90s like most of the women in my family, I can't do it with carrying around 100 pounds of excess weight. A combo of weekly injections to keep the diabetes in check and keeping track of calories consumed with the MFP food diary is working!
