calorie calculator

I did a search to see if I could find any information on how to calculate the calories spent while grocery shopping and came across this website:
http://www.fitday.com/webfit/burned/calories_burned.html
It's pretty neat- once you click on a particular exercise, it gives you a "calculator" to figure how many calories are burned! I don't know how accurate it is, but I am going to use it for those exercises not in the MFP database. I hope it helps some of you!

yeah, I found that site too and have compared it to others...it seems pretty accurate or at least consistent with other calorie calculators; even better if you can afford it is a heart rate monitor since that will be very specific to the calories YOU burn doing any particular thing0
