Premium membership

Hi all I just joined again after quite a lapse. I did the yearly premium and when I go to scan a barcode it keeps telling me I need to upgrade to premium 🤬I’m using an Android phone. I sent an email through the BOT but I doubt I get a reply 😓Thanks if anyone can help.
