Persistence pays off, I am dropping 1-2 lbs a wk and it feels so good. This is much thanks to the food calorie counting on this site. Please use it daily, it's been an awesome tool. I look at different foods that did not add up to a lot of calories then make sure I eat them as much as I can. I have discovered I can eat whatever I want and as long as I get on my treadmill and work off those excess calories I am good at the end of the week. I choose 2 days in which I don't get on the treadmill. I calculate my food everyday and before leaving work in the late evening I already have my meals and snacks written out for the next day. If I want a cheeseburger happy meal I will have a light breakfast and limit snacks, also eat a good healthy dinner. We can do this... keep sharing the info. KEEP IT GOING...
