Started Zepbohnf today

after a lifelong competition with myself the VA suggested I try Zepbound.

first dose today at 2.5mg

Now 71 with two ones replacements I just not as physically active as I once was. I still cycle 4-5 times and week and do resistance exercises but long gone are the days of heavy lifting and 100 mile rides.

Any advice or encouragement welcomed.. we are all in this together

    Thanks for your service and best of luck. PLEASE make sure to do resistance training on this to help minimize muscle loss.

    Track your calories accurately and get plenty of fiber and protein is a must. The injection will go after your lean muscle and you don't want that. See how low you're going with your calories and determina if that's something you can sustain after going off injection

    thanks all. I do resistance training 4 times a week and this beat up old body still cycles 100 miles a week or so.
