    2 1/2 italian wheat bread toasts w/ spray butter
    half a turkey bacon
    2 cinnamon chocolate chip pankcakes w/ lite syrup
    3 sauteed apple slices
    few bites of hubbz egg over easy

    That tahini dressing sounds good! What's the recipe? And do you have calorie info?

    Tahini dressing is super easy, but you have to eat it right when you make it. (the tahini sucks up the lemon juice and it sort of re-solidifies)

    I use:
    2 tbs. of tahini (depending on the tahini you use this is about 200 calories. . .it's high in "good fat", though)
    the juice of one lemon
    sea salt to taste
    a dash of cayenne pepper
    whisk and toss with salad quickly.

    This was enough for an enormous salad. (think the biggest mixing bowl you own) You could easily halve the recipe. It's especially good on a "chopped salad" with cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers (I used a yellow pepper, because it's pretty :tongue: )
