How many calories does your body burn/day? I realize this is all relative to body type, size, etc.. I am just wanting to do some comparisions. I am 5'4 and I wore mine yesterday with no exercise and burned around 2400 calories. The day prior when I burned 2000 calories thru exercise my total for the day was only 3700? This seems low? Could this be why it is so hard for me to drop weight? If so, how can I increase to a better body burn in general?

How do you know you burned 2000 during exercise only?0

Using the bodybugg during my exercise sessions. When you upload the data and isolate the time. I did treadmill running and heavy duty housecleaning. The treadmill was right in line with the bodybugg- so pretty accurate.0

How much would you normally burn in the time period that you were exercising? You did a total of 1300 more calories today so maybe you would have normally burned 700 in that exercise time period. Makes sense if true.0
