I bought a very small container of homemade raw goats milk butter. There is no nutritional info on the packaging of course. How go I figure the nutritional information on it

I would count it as any other butter; the micronutrients probably can't be quantified precisely, but if it's butter, it's 110 calories per tbsp (give or take 10%).
(My neighbors keep goats too, and they just brought me some kefir. Enjoy!!)
