Hi im new to myfitnesspal, yesterday was my first day and i feel like i spent all day thinking about food and looking at the website ( im sure i will get used to it all), i'm not new to healthy eating and was losing weight at a steady rate but then started to plateau so here i am hoping that this will be the boost i new to kick start my weight loss again, ant help will be much appreciated :laugh:
