I am new here, I'm Steph, 39 and getting married next year.
I am going to be doing 30 Day Shred after seeing some amazing before and after pics and stats on here!

    I bought it from Amazon (I am in the UK) but I think you can get it from Itunes!
    Can't wait for it to arrive so i can get started! :D
