Hello,
I just thought I would share the treats that I use when I want starch, sugar or fat and that make me feel good without killing my day calorie wise. I called it UK treats because based in the Uk I can only find uk grocery shops and it could give some ideas to other uk people. Please share your treats
Cadbury eclair sweet: 34 cal
Oaty Bar chocolate flavour (weetabix) 67 cal
Sainsbury BGTY mini naan 113 cal (yep I know over 100cal but so worth it)
4 quarter of a medium pear: around 80 calories
Walkers baked french fries crisps: 84 cal
Quavers crisps: 85 cal
Option chocolate drinks: 38 cal
....................
Plenty more but I cannot think about them now, so what about you?
