Hi everyone

I am new to this program. My coworker/friend encouraged me to join.

My problem is portion control. I find that when i log my food, I do much better. Hopefully with everyone's support I will be able to achieve my goal.

My weight fluctuates within a 10 lb range and currently i am at the top of that. My family is planning a trip in January and I would like to be at the bottom of that and more importantly i want to look fit and trim.
