Any Rotator Cuff exercises, please?!

Hey all!

I was using Chalean Extreme (wgt lifting dvd) and loving it, but noticed my shoulders "clicking" a lot when I got to the middle of the last phase. This would happen before, during , and after the workout. I haven't had any pain in my shoulders but I stopped the program as even reducing my weights didn't help. This was months ago and I have finally noticed a reduction in the "clicking" but it still happens on occassion (a few times throughout the day).

Please let me know of any good rotator cuff exercises because I really miss lifting weights! I have resistance bands and free weights from 2.5lbs and up...I am starting Brazilian Butt Lift and it has some weights in it, but from 3-8lbs max. I want to stick with this program until my shoulders are strong enough to incorporate some heavier lifting with Chalean again.

Please help!
