Food data entry errors
Just in the last week, I have had a recurring error in attempts to log food. I have gone to the diary, selected the day and meal, and clicked the add food hyperlink. I usually type to search for the food I am going to eat from the database, which usually works. This time, the entire screen on my iPad (and later on my iPhone) closed. The MyFitnessPal icon remained on the screen and taskbar, but the app closed without explanation. I repeatedly opened and tried to enter food in the manner that was my custom, with the same result.
I eventually found a work around, but only for foods that I have entered before, to use the voice entry option. That seems to work fairly well, but not for assembly of recipes and it is irritating to have to voice activate data entry.
Does anyone have a similar problem? If so, is there a solution?

David, go to "Help" from any page and give them your problem. Sounds like a bug - but that's where to report it.
