Getting ready for 25th anniversary trip

Going to Ireland on October 4th and would like to go from 214 lbs. to 182 lbs. for the trip. I’m down 5 lbs. in 2 weeks so far. I know from past experience that I can make this happen. Would love to work alongside others trying to hit a goal. I’ll be here to support you and am very good at helping others.

That’s fast! 4 lb a week, yes? I’m no expert but that MAY put you at risk of losing more muscle than you’d like. You’ll be losing fat and muscle at the same time at that rate! Maybe someone else can chime in on whether lifting weights can slow that down.
