Hello! I am a 53 year old woman that has already seen some progress in this site. Three pounds the first week and a goal of 15-20 pounds off in 16 months for my son's wedding. What a great way to may yourself think about what calories you are eating each day!

    Hello..im angie and im new to posting... I use this as a way to track what im eating.. I really would like tolose 20pounds but i really dont have the support at home... So im on here looking for that motivation... I use tgis on my phone so forgive me if you post something and i dont see it or get it.... Ok here i go...day 1
