Want my Butt Back!!

So I’ve lost 4lbs, and couldn’t figure out where it came from until this morning when I looked in the mirror. My butt has disappeared!! Some might think this is a success, but not for me! I love my butt! My husband loves my butt! My jeans love my butt! Help me get my butt back!

What are some workouts/exercises to help me build my behind? Both cardio and strength training. I was thinking of running stairs, but the club I go to is only one floor & doesn’t have stair climber machines. I like cardio a lot, but am planning on adding weight/strength training a couple days starting next week. Are there certain cardio workouts that will build those muscles &/or are there certain ones I should avoid if I want my butt bigger?

I have never had this problem before, since I have always been a dancer (ballet, jazz, dance team etc). I’m finally out of school and no longer take classes, which would normally take care of this problem. Heeeeelp!

    Weighted squats, lunges, leg presses, glute kick backs, glute bridges just to name a few.

    lol i lose my butt too. You need to build that butt up and out with strength training cardio is going to just take it away. so do a butt exercise and then have a protein shake or two during that day, and do ti every other day or 3 times a week not everyday. I use the bowflex but all those butt exercises like lunges and squats are awesome.

  • kettlebell training is a nice way to get your butt back. This training involves lots of squats that will help build up those glutes.

    ok, silly question, but what is a leg press? I'm pretty sure I know how to do all the other exercises... Thank you so much guys! Keep the suggestions coming!! :)

    Me too!! I still have my butt...but my breasts shrank!!

    My butt has shrunk significantly, but gotten higher and firmer running hills.

    Maybe Brazil Butt Lift workout DVDs by Beach Body (same company that does P90X and Insanity)? It's a Brazillian dance workout and they pair the DVDs in a different order depending on what results you're looking for; maybe this would help...
