Struggling and in need of MFP friends

I began MFP a week ago and lost about 5 pounds. I journaled my food and often the calories were under the suggested amount. The weight is creeping back up and I'm not sure what is going on. Proteins, fats and carbs are close to the suggested amounts and I find myself not hungry.
I also would like to know where to paste the "ticker" code.

its difficult to give you advice unless you make your journal public. but, here are the most common reasons why you are not continuing to lose: (a) not eating enough...including your exercise calories; (b) eating too many grains; (c) eating too many processed foods and sugar; (d) not eating enough protein and healthy fat; (e) your body is rebelling and you just need to keep doing what you're doing and your body will adjust.0

I had the same problem the first few days. I think that my body was simply freaking out and had to adjust. I actually gained weight (I've since found out that was water weight in my muscles). Add me - I love encouraging people!0

you can do this..... make sure to move more eat less. Be honest in your log.... down to the mayo on your sandwich.

I am looking for support too. I have been trying to lose weight on my own and it has not been good.
I love to exercise, but I also love food!
