Running, lunges, and squats did it for me.0

I"m sure you've tried the usual? I have found that when I run stairs or just run in general using my Vibrams it works my calves more.0

I have the same problem, I seem to have loads of fat in mine!! Although im not really that big, my calves seem to be my biggest thing (apart from my butt). I dont know whether just keep doing calf raises to tone them up would help?0

Running has been the most effective exercise for me0

if you go to a gym look for the squat machine. Put your feet all the way to the bottom with just your toes resting on the platform. keep a slight bend in your knees and raise yourself and lower yourself with your calves only. This is a great calf workout.0

raises, stand on a step with just your toes and raise your calves until you're standing on your tip toes and repeat, do this carrying weights for extra effort.0

oh and wearing heels one day and flats the next is supposed to help but who knows if thats just a myth0

Walking on an incline, calf raises, using the leg press machine to do weighted calf raises, jogging, etc.... a few things I throw in with my leg work outs to hit my calves.... one of my favorite body parts!0

Do what Arnold did and do donkey calf raises. They look ridiculous as hell.
Hahaha glad to see I still know my phpBB code.0 -
Standing calf raises, seated calf raises, donkey calf raises, leg press calf raises. All of these can be googled to see a video of how to do them.0

calf raises on the stairs. just make sure your movements are slow and methodical. Keep half your foot hanging off the step so you can get more range of motion (lower your heel to below the stair step) and raise all the way. Do as many as you can and gradually add more. This plus spin class is working for me.0

Biking! Bikers have the best calves. Maybe try a spinning class if you don't like to bike outside?0
