  • I was up to 92 days and I looked today and it only says 11 days. :( If I go back through the days they are all there, I haven't missed a day. I don't know what happened. AND 18 pounds lost. :)

4518 for me! I've pretty much been at my goal weight since 2012, but continuing to log daily keeps my little gains from becoming big gains.

I've been over 400, but then missed one day and back to starting over again.

I recently hit at least 100 days, then took some time off. I was logging for the sake of keeping the streak but wasn't actually using the data after day 65 or so. It'd be cool if the algorithm incentived streaks of weeks. I'm about to hit 52 weeks of active participation on my Garmin (minimum 150 moderate minutes a week) … and being able to think about my health in terms of weeks rather than trying to control a day helps me be much more consistent. A day has far too much variation.
