Fairly new and I want to move and breathe easier.

Been doing this on my own for over 40 days and I feel like a success. 17 lbs in 6 weeks. Not really exercising much outside of bartending a couple nights a week. Feel I need to lose more weight to be able to move enough to make an impact.

    Good job so far! Hang in there and keep at it. Try just doing a little bit more every day and your body will continue to adjust.

    That is a huge success. You can try walking 20 minutes everyday, that is how I started and then you can add more time or walk faster. Great Job!
