Help!!

I need to lose 2 - 3 kgs for my vacation next month and I can't find a good fitness plan for free! Any tips for me? (e.g. what to eat, drink, how much to exercise per day)

2-3 kg is nothing. Why do you feel the need to lose weight for a vacation? If you want to be healthier and lose a bit of weight then commit overall to a healthier lifestyle and don't throw it all over board again once on vacation or thereafter. All you need to lose weight is eat less than your body is burning. Chose a weightloss goal that is realistic for your current weight, with so much to lose likely 0.5lbs/0.25kg per week and eat to the calorie amount given. Exercise might be good overall, and especially for improving posture, but this is not something that happens in a few weeks.

2-3 kg should be very easy to drop in a few weeks, but you don't need to exercise at all to do that. Just eat less food than you need. 500 calories deficit a day will drop you a pound a week, that will be about a half kg a week give or take, so about 2 kg in 4 weeks.

Eat less to lose weight, exercise for the health benefits. If you get a little extra calorie burn all the better!

Eat at a 500 calorie defect everyday for a month and you’ll lose 4 lbs. You can eat whatever you’d like. A meal plan doesn’t guarantee a calorie deficit, so eat what you can stick to and feel your best.

Have you set up your MFP account with your current weight, activity level, and your goal weight? It will recommend how many calories to eat per day in order to lose the weight. It's an estimate. So if in a month you're not seeing results, you can reduce calories from there.
