Premium ???

I recently joined. I paid for the premium and yet I still have ads and I'm constantly being asked to go premium, so what did I pay for? I am a little confused. I was looking forward to using this app, but I can't seem to get past this and I don't know how to contact anyone . Any suggestions?

I've been premium for years, with the subscription on auto-renew. It's not due until next month but now I'm seeing ads and loads of 'upgrade to premium' messages everywhere. It shows 'no subscription' even though I have a receipt showing it renews on 7th September 2025…

I've been a Premium member for over ten years, with automatic renewal on October 15th each year. Four days ago, the Premium features disappeared, ads appeared, and my profile doesn't show any subscriptions. I promptly contacted technical support, who are investigating, but I still don't have the Premium features.

Same. This is the exact same thing for me. Payment is due on the 1st of next month.
It is like I am getting 363 days of premium instead of a full year
