Thanks for all the kind words! I started using MFP earlier this year. I started by counting calories and doing Couch to 5K last Summer. I exercise and eat healthy. Those are my tips I just try and remind myself that it's not a race and I will reach my goal eventually. Also, I allow myself days off of counting calories. I never pig out and binge but it's nice to not enter everything I eat, every single day.0 -

Tips? Not really. Things that work for me...Just eat smart and get in some exercise. Allow some cheat days and just because you have 1 bad day, doesn't mean it needs to be a bad week. Every day is a new day and 1 bad day doesn't make you gain 5 lbs. Also, remember that it's not a race. You need to get to your goal the right way so you can keep it off.0 -
