New in here, lets support each other ♡

Hello guys, My name is nim and I'm new to this app, although I'm not new to fitness journey. It has been a learning curve for me. I started working out since 2020 doing Chole ting, and since 2023 I've been going to Gym. In 2024, I was falling short of food to eat due to pathetic conditions at my college, and I resorted to some affordable protein shakes, where increased my weight drastically by 3kg in span of a month, and ever since I have gained 6-7kg in 2 years. We'll it's not that bad but I want to get back to being fit and healthy. Excited to share my journey here!

I am Ria, I've gained about 28 lb over the past year or so and another 14lb over the previous years. I ammworking on losing that now with calories counting and making smarter eating choices. I was going to the gym but has some joint issues. I am trying to make time to work out at home weights yoga and cardio. Happy to support if you want.
I am looking to find people I can check in with through the week through the good and the bumpy.
