Depending on how much weight you have to lose it could be a lot of things, but in general a calorie goal you found on an online calculator is just a starting point. If you don't lose in the next 3-4 weeks, lower your calories. Two weeks isn't really enough data for you to judge the process.
You don't really give us anything to go on here. Weight? Activity level? Exercise? Calorie goal?

just keep going. you probably gained 0-2 lb which — if you are actually in a deficit — isn’t fat. our weight is a range, not a single number. it changes from hour to hour and day to day based on all sorts of stuff inside our body that aren’t fat. over time watch for a downward trend in that range.

if no loss in 2 more weeks you aren't in a weekly calorie deficit

First of all, assuming from your profile picture you are female and thus affected by hormonal fluctuations unlike men. I find that I gain weight through inflammation around some parts of the month because of my cycle.

How much weight do you have to lose? If only a few pounds, it can take a while. How much of a deficit are you running? If you are cutting by 250 calories a day, a few mistakes can make a difference in your actual calories eaten. Do you weigh everything you eat? That is more accurate than measuring cups or guestimating. Have you paid attention to the data entry you are using to make sure it's accurate? There can be a wide variation in the entries. Some are badly off. Have you started a new exercise program? That can cause your body to retain water to rebuild muscle. Are you weighing every day or only once a week? Since weight can vary day by day depending on how much water you're retaining, how much salt you're eating, how well you're sleeping, how much food is in your digestive track not yet excreted, etc. it can be helpful to weigh more often and average the weights rather than trust that the one day is indicative of the general trend.

are you exercising too? Starting extreme exercise will halt weight loss for a while. Then it kicks in. However.. so FRUSTRATING!!!

do you weigh everything you eat, and have you checked the database entries you choose for accuracy? most of the database entries are incorrect, so always check the manufacturer listing or the USDA/other gov food database.
years ago, there was a guy who chose a random entry off MFP for potato salad, which he ate every day. it turned out after he posted that he wasn't losing weight while eating at a deficit that the potato salad entry was WAY low, like 1/3 of the calories, which meant he wasn't eating at a deficit.
