Love this challenge, GEC. I did the 50 push-ups and did more than half on my toes. I am feeling it in my chest today. But it's a great feeling. I also feel it in my abs. Sadly this challenge was a realization that I've been neglecting that area too.0

Did my 50 lunges with a 10 lb weight. Should have done heavier but I was so tired after doing two Jillian workouts first.0

50 lunges and 2 sets of 20 second planks completed for the day. I did the first set of lunges before going to the gym for my incline walk and the second set after...whoo buddy my legs are on fire!0

Struggles or not..The fact that you are attempting (and completing) the challenges is something to be celebrated. you are doing incredible work and your lifestyle change is great!! Continued success to you on this journey.....Always remember,Whether it's 1 set or 100 sets of exercise,it's exercise none the less. you have given yourself a mindset of,"I am willing to push myself to change"...Never say,"with struggles" or "barely" or any of the self defeating phrases. You are doing more that 50% of America and nothing you are doing is barely anything.....push through and we will help yopu achieve your goals!!.....GEC0

Did 50 knee pushups yesterday to make up for Monday, did 50 burpees in place of lunges as I have problems with knee tracking on a lunge.0

1:30 minutes-right side shuffle...1:30 minutes-left side shuffle....2:00 running backwards at 4.0 on treadmill for Cookie challenge...plus 50 squats-10 with 20 lbs on shoulders...10 with 20 lbs by my side...10 with 20 lbs "sumo" style..and 20 body weight squats...Let's go!!!0
