I’m 58 and struggling with my blood pressure and to be honest I’m needing some help. I’m afraid and just want to be healthy and happy.

Have you seen a doctor? Did they prescribe medication? Are you taking it?
Exercise and weight loss, if you're overweight, can help. Don't hump into anything strenuous, and build up speed/intensity/distance/duration gradually. Check with your doctor if you have been inactive in recent years.
Ask your doctor whether you should reduce your sodium intake and/or increase your potassium intake in your diet.
