Why we track

Hey everyone! I’m really active and pretty disciplined, but if I don’t track my calories, micros, and macros I end up out of balance—don’t feel as good, and my progress takes a hit. I love the process of fueling with purpose: grabbing a carrot for vitamin A, a baked potato for vitamin C and potassium, or some yogurt with maple syrup to round out my protein. Tracking helps me stay on point, and honestly, it makes me happy! Why do you track?
