Logging your day

I just caught myself having a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese. I was thinking as I logged my breakfast in "I don't have to log that cottage cheese it was nothing." Then I questioned myself in how many times in the past I have done that? I came to the conclusion to either: Don't have it, Have it but put in a small bowl and enjoy a small amount, BUT whatever I decide JUST LOG IT. Seems these types of things I tell myself can have consequences at the end of my week and lead me into a vicious cycle.

Exactly this! One of the most important concepts to learn to lose weight. If it goes in your mouth, it counts, whether it was on a plate or not. It makes you more aware of what you're eating and where you can more easily make adjustments.
