Do I have to stay under ALL macros

I’m tracking and doing well w calories, fat, Protien, carbs but should I also not going over sodium, sugar, etc. I haven’t been looking at all those others

    No.

    1. The most important is calories.
    2. The second most important is protein. Your goal should not be to get under a certain amount of protein. Your goal should be to get at least that amount, preferably a set grams target per day.
    3. Everything else is less important. Ofc you need fats in your diet. If you are getting enough nutrition then see points 1 and 2 above.
